Can I keep my WhatsApp Business number?
The connection uses Meta authorization. Where your number is eligible for coexistence, you can keep using the WhatsApp Business App and manually reply. Availability depends on Meta and your account setup.
Do I need to install an app?
Tillzo works in your phone browser and can be added to your home screen. Manage sales, stock, bookings and balances in your authenticated app. Your connected WhatsApp number serves customers.
How much does it cost?
We are arranging store pilots. Contact us to agree the pilot scope, duration, support and price before starting. Provider messaging and payment fees are discussed separately.
How do payments work?
At the counter, record cash, transfer, card, partial payment or credit. Recording a method does not independently verify a payment. The first WhatsApp booking slice confirms appointments without collecting an upfront payment.
Can I use it in a pharmacy?
Products and services use the same business engine. For a pharmacy pilot, use exact product names and selling units. Batch, expiry and prescription workflows are still planned; dispensing decisions stay with the pharmacist.
Can I sell when the internet drops?
Load your counter catalogue online first. Counter sales are saved on the device and queued for reconciliation when the connection returns. Keep pending sales on the device until they have synced.
